It's time to get back to school.  This area has been quiet for too long!  College students have returned to get stuff congested again.  Wal-marts are crowded at all hours of the day, the weekend rush is even more rushed and jam packed.  New student drivers nearly miss other drivers just about 10 times a day, lets not forget about all the students who love walking out in front of cars or stoping their walk in the middle of the road to find their next location.
